Shipping policy

Summit Bicycles offers free shipping* on most accessories orders over $75.00. For larger items such as bicycles and racks, we charge an initial flat shipping rate of $69.00, which will be visible to you during check-out. Some orders require an additional shipping fee because of size, weight, and shipping location. If this applies to your order, our customer support team will contact you.
All of our orders are processed in the order they are received unless specified.

Summit Bicycles will not overnight or expedite orders unless it is requested, in which case, the consumer is responsible for the additional shipping charges.

*At this time, Summit Bicycles only ships in the Continental U.S

Orders placed through summitbicycles.com are sent to the eCommerce Distribution Warehouse for processing. Inventory available in-house or locally will be processed and shipped within 1-4 business days. Special orders vary depending on the vendor and availability. To help speed this process along, some special order items are drop-shipped directly to the customer.

Orders for bicycles that are in stock are processed, assembled, and repackaged to be shipped in approximately 4-6 business days. If a bicycle is backordered or otherwise unavailable, we will reach out to the customer to provide options and updates.
